Steen has 24 years of experience in Exploration and Asset Management. Steen holds a BS degree in Geological Engineering and is a certified PG in the State of Wyoming.
Steen currently resides in the foothills of Colorado with his wife and four children. Steen has a passion for the outdoors, natural resources and the energy industry. Over his career he has been successful identifying investment opportunities in a variety of prospects and plays. Steen enjoys working with people and is motivated to find deals that benefit all stakeholders.

Hans has 20 years of experience in drilling, completions, and operations engineering. He holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering. Hans grew up in the oil field and excels at integrating logistics, engineering, and geology data to maximize value and efficiency. He’s been a part of successful exploration projects, huge development programs, and solving highly technical drilling challenges.
Hans currently resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife and two children. He enjoys the outdoors, building things, and working on cars/trucks.
